All of our domestic orders ship USPS first class with tracking. All international orders will be shipped USPS first class mail and may not include tracking or a guaranteed delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 10 days from receiving the item to contact us. You may contact us via  if you're unsatisfied with your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
